ENROLL FOR CAMP CURIOSITY 2026
Step 1 Fill out the Enrollment packet online. You will receive an enrollment fee invoice to your email with 3 days. This balance must be paid within one week or your camper’s spot may be forfeited. TANF families will receive an email when TANF status has been approved.
STOP! If you have not paid the enrollment fee and turned in your packet, you cannot register for weeks of camp.
Step 2 Pay the Enrollment Fee. You can pay the enrollment fee by following the directions within the email or by visiting the Service Desk after the email is received.
Step 3 Once your enrollment fee and packet have been turned in, register your camper for the appropriate weeks of camp.
Step 4 All parents are required to attend the mandatory Camp Curiosity Parent Oreintation. Orientation dates are Wednesday 5/20 at 6:30 PM and Saturday 5/23 at 1:30 pm. If you are unable to attend on either of these dates, or are registering your camper after the start date, you must contact Senior Youth Development Director at 330-480-5657 or ataylor@youngstownymca.org
CAMP CURIOSITY : Ages 6-9
Our Camp Curiosity program will help give your camper a place to have new adventures, develop new friendships, learn new skills and have tons of fun in a safe environment led by caring Y staff. Summer is a time for kids to be kids. Camp Curiosity is the place to make each precious summer day a great one for every camper.
Financial Assistance
The YMCA believes that every camper should have the opportunity to attend camp and make great summer memories. Support from the YMCA’s Annual Campaign allows us to provide financial assistance to those who qualify. Forms are available at the Service Desk or online. The deadline for applications is two weeks prior to the start of your camper’s first day of camp. Please read the application carefully and return all necessary documents along with the application. Weekly Fees & Hours
Monday/Wednesday/Friday $90 Members/$110 Non-Members
Enrollment Fee (one-time non-refundable) – $40 per camper
Fees must be paid by the Friday prior to the week you wish your camper to attend.
Any payments made after Friday at 5:00 PM will be assessed a $20 late fee per camper.
Time: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM for all age groups

Daily Schedule
Groups are separated by age. Station rotations include craft, games, snacks, and one day of swimming per group in our indoor recreational pool.

Camp Curiosity Parent Orientation
All parents are required to attend a Camp Curiosity Parent Orientation in order to understand the daily schedule for camp, ask important questions, and meet some of your camper’s counselors. Enrollment for this is now mandatory, be sure to sign up for one of these dates :
Orientation : Wednesday 5/20 at 6:30 PM & Saturday 5/23 at 1:30 PM.

All paperwork must be completed and returned when enrolling your camper. No exceptions! We must have this information on file before camp begins.
