The YMCA’s Corporate Employee Workplace Wellness Program may help attract and retain employees, is easy to participate in, and can be achieved at no cost depending on tier level. Businesses large and small may participate.
Our program provides your employees an unparalleled variety of wellness options. Beyond engaging your employees individually and offering 100+ group exercise programs, aquatics, and youth sports programs, we administer numerous chronic disease prevention programs. Additionally, the Y will customize programs tailored around the specific needs of your business, which includes the delivery of on-site (workplace) group exercise programs. Or, if your organization has multiple locations (offices, plants, facilities, stores, schools, etc.), we can manage unity and morale-boosting wellness challenges across locations.

2. Schedule a 7-day complimentary trial for all
employees and their household families
