1000/500 LB CLUB

JOIN THE CLUB

HOW IT WORKS

Over 3 lifts, bench, squat and deadlift (or trap bar deadlift)

Qualify into the 1000 pound club by lifting:

Males Must hit 1000 pounds unless the individual weighs under 190 pounds, then they can qualify in at 800 pounds.
Females Must hit 500 pounds unless the individual weighs under 140 pounds, then its 400 pounds to qualify.
