(HIGH INTENSITY) These programs are for athletes who are interested in increasing vertical jump, explosiveness, speed, agility, along with injury prevention. Pre and post athletic testing will be done.
These programs do have an additional cost to members; and will be offered as Individual Athletic Performance Training and Team Athletic Performance Training.
