Athletic Performance Training
(HIGH INTENSITY) This program is for athletes who are interested in increasing vertical jump, explosiveness, speed, agility, along with injury prevention. The classes focus is working on performance and coaching the proper movement patterns to increase athleticism. Pre and post athletic testing will be done.
This class does have an additional cost to members. The class will be offered as Individual Athletic Performance Training and Team Athletic Performance Training.
12 Rounds is a high-energy dynamic circuit training event that is a special version of Youngstown’s own Clemate Franklin’s 12 Rounds program. This total body workout focuses on agility, flexibility, speed, hand-eye coordination, power, and resistance. Designed for all fitness levels; Modifications will be available and encouraged.
