Swim Lessons
We offer both group and private swim lessons. Swim lessons at the Y are available for ages 6 months through adults (children under the age of 3 must have a parent or guardian in the water with them during class).
Aquatic Exercise Classes
The YMCA of Youngstown offers a multitude of aquatic exercise classes at both the Central YMCA and Davis Family YMCA locations.
Neptune Swim Team
The Neptune swim team is a year-round competitive swim team offering high quality professional coaching and technique instruction for all ages. The goal of our team is to provide every swimmer an opportunity to improve swimming skills and achieve success at his or her level of ability. All of our coaches have access to the most comprehensive training and certification program for youth coaches of any sport in the United States. They provide assurances that the time children spend in swimming will be quality time.

Monday- Friday 7 to 9 am (ADULT LAP SWIM ONLY)
Monday-Friday 11 am to 8 pm
Saturday 11 am to 6 pm
Sunday 12:30 pm to 6 pm
