Bali Coast Shipwreck Swim Challenge


February 17- March 31

Overview: Take this 22-mile, 6-week swim challenge! Bali is sometimes called “The Island of the Gods”. The northeastern corner of Bali is a surf-free zone, perfect for open-water swimming! We’ll comb the coastline, threading the surface over vibrant coral reefs, populated by rich marine life that shoal and scatter over a seabed of black sand.

Swimmers will receive a sarong, a traditional Balinese garment for men and women. Then join us for a potluck lunch Sunday April 6th 12:30-1:30 PM and celebrate your amazing achievement!

Camp Fitch YMCA Polar Bear Plunge

Cost should never be the reason a child cannot attend Camp Fitch YMCA. To turn that mission into reality, Camp Fitch has hosted their annual Polar Bear Plunge for the last 15 years! Staff, alumni, campers, and anyone else who wants to join the cause jump into the icy waters of Lake Erie with the same purpose: to give the life-changing opportunity of camp to kids who would otherwise be unable to afford. All are welcome to join the fun (without any pressure to jump in Lake Erie)! We will have food, games, and raffles for everyone to participate in.

Davis Family YMCA Golf Outing

The Davis Family YMCA is committed to strengthening the foundations of our community. For 13 years we have hosted the annual golf outing, raising funds to ensure that YMCA programs and membership opportunities are accessible for all, regardless of financial means. Whether you’re a seasoned golfer or trying it for the first time, this event is a hole-in-one for fun, fellowship, and community impact! Central YMCA Gala

Join us for the First Annual Central Gala, where we’ll come together to celebrate the impact we’re making in our community. The theme for this year’s event, A Better Future Starts with You, will highlight the YMCA’s ongoing mission to strengthen our community through programs that promote healthy living, youth development, and social responsibility. The event will take place on September 25, 2025, from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Maronite Center. Please wear your semi-formal evening attire that reflects the elegance of the occasion and the spirit of connection we nurture at the Y.
