Businesses large and small may participate.

Beyond engaging your employees individually and offering 100+ group exercise programs, aquatics, and youth sports programs, we administer numerous chronic disease prevention programs. Additionally, the Y will customize programs tailored around the specific needs of your business, which includes the delivery of on-site (workplace) group exercise programs. Or, if your organization has multiple locations (offices, plants, facilities, stores, schools, etc.), we can manage unifying and morale-boosting wellness challenges across locations.
