Birthday Party Rentals

A party at the YMCA is perfect for birthdays, award parties, holiday fun, Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts, and more! We have a few different activities available to customize your party – swimming, rec center, open gym, or just use of a party room. 

Party Guidelines:  

  • The family hosting the party is responsible for the behavior of all party guests and must be in attendance for the duration of the event.
  • At least one adult chaperone is required for each group of five (5) children under the age of 10 to ensure proper supervision in ALL areas (including locker rooms); one adult per 10 children over the age of 5.
  • During swimming activities, children ages 5 and younger must be accompanied in the water by an adult within arms-reach (no more than 3 children per 1 adult).
  • For a complete list of pool rules and safety guidelines, click here. All areas used by guests must be left to resemble the same condition as they were upon arrival. Payment in full is required at least 14 days prior to event to secure your reservation. 

Davis Family YMCA

For Birthday Party Rentals at the Davis Family YMCA are reserved exclusively for current YMCA members. Enjoy 1 hour in the pool and 1 hour in the party room. Maximum of 50 guests. 

Party Times: Sat 2:30-5:00pm

Central YMCA

For birthday parties, enjoy 1 hour in our Party Room, plus 1 hour of swimming or basketball (designated at the time of reservation). Maximum 15 children.

Party Times: Sat 1-3pm or 3-5pm                                                                           Sun 1-3pm or 3-5pm

Birthday Party Cost: $250 (plus $100 security deposit)

Room Rental Details: For room rentals, enjoy 90 minutes in the Party Room. You may arrive up to 60 minutes prior to the party, and have 30 minutes afterward to clean, for a total of a 3 hour room rental. Renter is responsible for returning room to original configuration/cleanliness. 

Cost: Room Rental, $100/hr (plus $100 security deposit). Payment in full must be made 14 days prior to event.
