JUMP STRETCH
JUMP STRETCH AND ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE TRAINING
JUMP STRETCH - Free to Members
The Original Jump Stretch was designed to improve strength Vertical jump & 40 Yard dash. Then we discovered it would change foot quickness lateral movement. It is also used in the rehabilitation of sprains & strains. whitch was not in the original plan.
April and May
Basic Jump Stretch: Free to Members (Members Only): Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:00-10:00 am and Tuesday 6:30-7:30PM (Register in Mindbody app)
ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE TRAINING + Cost
This is our high-intensity version of Jump Stretch for those individuals committed to training high-performance athleticism. This class does have an additional cost to members.
Members: $5 per day chosen per month (i.e. Mondays at 4pm = $5 for the month or Monday and Wednesdays $10 for the month)
Non-Members: $27.50 per day chosen per month (i.e. Mondays at 4pm = $27.50 for the month or Monday and Wednesdays $55 for the month)
