Boak and Sons will be replacing the roof on the 6th floor in the coming weeks. A waste dumpster and materials chute has been placed in the alley but should not impact any operations or traffic patterns. The old roof was put on in the 90’s and was supposed to last only 5 years. It’s time.

The roof is not quite halfway complete. Work is proceeding slowly, but progress is evident.

Cost should never be the reason a child cannot attend Camp Fitch YMCA. To turn that mission into reality, Camp Fitch has hosted their annual Polar Bear Plunge for the last 15 years! Staff, alumni, campers, and anyone else who wants to join the cause jump into the icy waters of Lake Erie with the same purpose: to give the life-changing opportunity of camp to kids who would otherwise be unable to afford. All are welcome to join the fun (without any pressure to jump in Lake Erie)! We will have food, games, and raffles for everyone to participate in.
