Diverse Abilities Adaptive Swim Lessons
The YMCA of Youngstown is committed to developing programs that build a healthy spirit, mind, and body for ALL.
We believe it is our social responsibility to create services that support our community’s diversity. In particular, the YMCA of Youngstown has recognized a growing need for adaptive swim lessons for those individuals with disabilities. We are determined changemakers who are driven to end unintentional drownings for all individuals.
The Aquatic Department welcomes children ages 3 to 12 to register for our adaptive swim lessons. With small participant to teacher ratios, your child will get the attention they deserve to overcome swim barriers.
